Abby Rae Danielson and Ryan Charles Wheeler were united in marriage on Sept. 4, 2010 on the lakeshore of the bride's parental home on Ingham Lake. Pastor Lynn Potter and Pastor Lynn Elrod of the Estherville United Methodist Church officiated at the outdoor ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Tim and Nancy Danielson of Wallingford and Tony and Rhonda Wheeler of Newbury, Vt. Honored guest attending the wedding was the bride's grandmother, Rhonda Chrestiansen of Estherville.
Matrons of honor were Amber Blume and Amy Daws both sisters of the bride and both of Sioux Falls, S.D. Bridesmaids were Allison Roby of West Des Moines and Abbie Christensen of Mankato, Minn., both friends of the bride. Flower girl was Stella Wheeler-Sandberg of Corinth, Vt., niece of the groom.

Best man was Tyler Mousley of Thetford Center, Vt., cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Kevin Daws and Matt Blume, brothers-in-law of the bride of Sioux Falls and Brody Guerin, cousin of the groom from Sharon, Vt. Ringbearers were Alex Wheeler, Corinth, Vt., nephew of the groom and Eli and Evan Blume, Sioux Falls, nephews of the bride. Groomsmen also ushered guests to their seats.
Attending the bride as her personal attendants were college friends, Leah Stetzel from Davenport, and Helen Eckersall of Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. Pianist was Arlys Slaughter of Estherville, friend of the bride. Soloists included the bride's mother, Nancy Danielson; sisters, Amber Blume and Amy Daws and Scott Little, Iowa Falls, friend of the bride was also a guitarist. Lee Henke, Mankato, friend of the bride, was percussionist.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at the Elks Lodge in Estherville. Bruce and Lori Chrestiansen, aunt and uncle of the bride were the diningroom host and hostess. Emily and Sarah Chrestiansen, cousins of the bride, poured punch and served snacks. Aunts of the groom, Felicia Nalepinski and Kelly Mousley, served the wedding cake which was designed and baked by the groom's mother.
The couple is making their home in Sioux Falls where the groom is employed at Gage Bros. Concrete and the bride is employed by Kid's Inc. Sioux Falls School District.
