LEMARS - Estherville Lincoln Central ran into a tough opponent as they took on LeMars on the tennis courts Tuesday.
The Bulldogs pulled out an 8-1 victory.
ELC's lone victory came at the No. 1 doubles as Brad Olsen and Thomas Bortvit improved to 3-1 on the season with a 10-3 victory over the Bulldogs Ben Meis and Ryan Havey.

"We continued to improve our shot-making, but now we have to work on being more consistent," said ELC coach Tony Klein.
In singles play, Olsen lost 10-4 to Matt Ellefson; John Reisner lost 10-4 to Evan Richards; Levi Jensen lost 10-7 to Meis; Bortvit lost 10-3 to Havey and Brandon Sharar and Kyle Marks both lost 10-0.
In doubles, Reisner and Jensen lost 10-5 to Cody Kliever and Josh Sluiter and Sharar and Marks lost 10-3.
In one exhibition match Koby Schubert lost 8-0.
