GARNER - The North Union Girls Track Team found a place to run Tuesday after the Warriors' home meet was canceled on Tuesday.
The squad traveled to Garner where they finished fourth with 81 points.
"Finally a day to run," said North Union coach Loren Looft. The conditions were good with little wind and a lot of girls set personal records. I'm very happy with their progress."
North Union finished with just one top finish as the sprint medley team won in 2 minutes, 4.26 seconds. That squad consisted of Rebecca Boyer, Jordan Guerdet, Makayla Hardman and Sara Johnson.
Hardman finished second in the 100-meter dash in 13.16 seconds. Also, Johnson took second in the 400-meter dash in 1:08.48 and Dena Looft finished second in the discus with a throw of 109 feet, 6 inches.
Also second was the distance medley team of Elizabeth Boyer, Lexy Johnson, Jadyn Kissner and Hanna Gardner in 5:02.95.
Hardman placed third in the long jump with a leap of 13 feet, 3 1/4 inches while Wiser placed fourth with a leap of 12 feet, 111 1/2 inches. Guerdet took fourth in the 100-meter hurdles in 17.76 seconds. Sarah Rolling was fourth in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:21.72.
The 4x100-meter relay team of Rebecca Boyer, Guerdet, Hardman and Johnson finished fourth in 56.6 seconds. The 4x4400-meter relay team of Engelby, Rolling, Kristian Peterson and Paige Taylor placed fourth in 5:00.61.
Rolling placed fourth in the high jump with a leap of 4 feet, 6 inches.
The 4x2800-meter relay tam of Taylor, Peterson, Alexis Laubenthal and Gardner placed fifth in 12:23.
Also fifth was the 4x200-meter relay team of Rebecca Boyer, Weiser, Engelby and Elizabeth Boyer in 2:06.61.
Ashley Olson placed fifth in the 200-meter dash in 31.7 seconds and sixth in the 100-meter dash in 19.2 seconds.
Lexy Johnson threw the shot put 31 feet, 6 1/2 inches to place.
