The Estherville Lincoln Central Girls Tennis Team ended the dual season with a 5-4 victory over Cherokee on Tuesday.

The Midgets were back to full strength after being short-handed on Monday, winning three singles matches and the last two doubles matches to pull out the victory.

"It was a good way to end the dual season," said ELC coach Larry Kirchner. "The girls have shown big improvement over the season and we played teams a lot closer the second time around. We just didn't get the wins I was hoping for."
