Hustedt named new Avera Holy Family Administrator

The Board of Trustees of Avera Holy Family Hospital in Estherville has named Dale Hustedt as the new hospital administrator. Hustedt will begin his new role March 17.

For the past 18 years, Hustedt has served as Chief Administrative Officer of Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, Minn., a 100-bed, city-owned hospital in southwestern Minnesota. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Points and a master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Hustedt is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

"We are confident that Dale will provide tremendous leadership as we continue to offer quality health care nearby home for residents of the Estherville area."

Hustedt, his wife, Maria, and two children look forward to joining the community of Estherville.
