Governor Terry Branstad and Lieutenant Governor Kim Reynolds came to Estherville on Friday to visit Satern Custom Machining in Estherville.
Owned by Debra and Steven Satern, the business makes rifle barrels for military and law enforcement.
Debra Satern said its one of the fastest growing business in the county.

"We went full-time in October 2006 and we were in our garage before that," she said.
The business now employs eight full-time and six part-time workers.
The stop for Branstad and Reynolds is part of their 99-county tour. The governor and lieutenant governor are seeking re-election in the November Primary.
