The Estherville Lincoln Central School Board meets today, starting at 5:10 p.m. with a public hearing on the demolition of the south part of the Roosevelt school building.

Plans for the demolition include removing the south building and associated secondary buildings, site structures, pavements within scope areas and foundations of all removed structures. It will also be re-graded and landscaped. Also, an underground fuel tank will be removed. Also during the regular meeting, the board will consider approving the consent agenda, which includes minutes from the January board meeting, the bills and the hiring of Christina Dunlavy as district nurse.

The board will also review finance reports.

Daniel Dekker and Kristine Devereaux, CPAs from Williams and Company, P.C., will present the 2018 audit report.

Highlight for the evening is the FFA program.

School principals and other administrators will each give their monthly reports to the board.

Under action items, the board will be updated on high school math curriculum by the high school math team.

The board will consider setting the public hearing for the 2019-20 published budget for 5:05 p.m. at its March 11 meeting.
