Gone in 60 seconds

By Staff | Mar 25, 2008

It wasn’t ‘eggs’actly 60 seconds, but the children at the 2008 Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Estherville Parks and Recreation Department on Saturday, didn’t take more than a few seconds longer to pick up all 5,000 eggs off the Estherville Lincoln Central High School Football field. The camera’s clock captured the initial charge at 10:05.34, above, and by the time Jaydan Nitchals put her egg in the sack held by her dad, David, all the eggs were gone from the field at 10:06.53.
