A week of wellness starting Tuesday
This year’s Estherville Wellness Expo is happening tomorrow, Oct. 25 from 3-7 p.m. at the Regional Wellness Center.
The goal, according to Bob Grems, RWC?Director, is to provide a wellness educational experience.
“We will have vendors for health-related services and products, and many booths with health education and information,”?Grems said.

Wednesday, the focus is on student wellness. From 2 to 5 p.m., the RWC will offer activities then a snack, with offerings including basketball and jiu jitsu.
Friday is Senior Day. The Wellness Week committee demurred from giving a floor for age group, but the usual participants are age 55+. From 10-11 a.m. the RWC?offers a senior fitness class with lunch after class.
