The Estherville Ambassadors cut the ribbon on Pro Cooperative located at 108 S. Third Street this past week. From left are Estherville Chamber Director Lexie Ruter, Ambassador Ron Leffel, Pro Cooperative Petroleum Department Leader Rod Stoulil, Jean Watters, Ambassador Bob Leifeld, Rick Houseman, Ambassador Dallas Quastad, Pro Cooperative CEO Kyle Kuepker, Pro Cooperative Wallingford Location Manager Chuck Tostenson, Petroleum Sales manager Dave Cole, Ambassadors Mary Prentice and Holle Smith. Kuepker said Pro Cooperative started in 1922 and now has 23 facilities from Manson to Milford, and now Estherville. “The ag business is tough now,” Kuepker said. “We wanted to help by starting this venture of a bulk facility. It’s something needed in the ag industry today. Ag will continue to struggle for a while, and this will help across the board. We are excited to welcome Houseman Oil as an important part of the Pro Cooperative family.
