By Staff | Nov 18, 2020

GRAETTINGER – The Graettinger-Terril and Ruthven-Ayrshire School Districts are transitioning to a hybrid learning model due to increasing COVID numbers.

Effective Monday, Nov. 23 all elementary students, including Pre-K, will continue to have in-person learning every day. Middle and high school students will have virtual learning on Mondays and Tuesdays with in-person learning the remaining days of the week. After school activities for middle and high school students will continue.

School officials say the hybrid model will remain in place until further notice.

As of Wednesday, about 10 percent of Iowa public and private schools have gone to virtual learning.
