Good News Church Estherville launches

From Good News Community Church

By Staff | Apr 8, 2021

Good News Community Church of Okoboji publicly opens their second church location in Estherville this weekend following a yearlong merger conversation with Crossroads Community Church in Estherville. Their historic merger culminates in a name change from Crossroads Community Church to Good News Estherville. While a change of name was finalized on Jan. 1, 2021, the same desire to serve the greater Emmet County area continues.

Lead pastor, Brandon Morrow, has encouraged both congregations with the belief that God is transforming both Dickinson and Emmet counties, and that each church will have a different approach to reaching their respective communities but shares the same mission. The mission of Good News Community Church is to: “join Jesus in His work of renewal.”

Good News Estherville extends an invitation to attend their Launch Weekend on April 11, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. for their Sunday Gathering worship service. Refreshments and a time of celebration is planned and the public is invited to attend. Good News Estherville is located at 2014 Central Ave in Estherville.
