LINCOLN, Neb. – Walter J. Blake, 3 months, of Lincoln, Neb., started his fight before birth at 18 weeks of life when it was discovered that he had twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. He is survived by his identical twin, Owen; his big sister, Leah; and his parents, James and Rachel Blake. His grandparents are Nancy Sommer and Gene Penn of Scottsbluff, Neb., and Alan and Sue Blake of Spirit Lake. Great-grandmothers are Virginia Sommer of Malmo, Neb. and Donna Blake of Spirit Lake.
