The 2010 Emmet County Fair and Agricultural Show starts tomorrow, July 22.
Friday and Saturday are the busiest days with the commercial buildings open from noon to 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday. Come see what kind of talent the county has as youth perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
There are plenty of activities for the kids including TJ Party Rides, which will include a water ride, on Friday and Saturday. A coloring contest occurs throughout the fair and the kids pedal tractor pull runs through Saturday.
The Cattlemen’s Supper on Friday and the free fair supper on Saturday draw in the crowds.
Don’t miss the stage hypnosis show at 6 p.m. on Saturday or the free concert at 7 p.m.
The Emmet County Fair Board and Emmet County Extension personnel both work hard to make the county fair a fun place for all ages.
Come out and show your support for the 4-H and FFA members and reconnect with your neighbors.
