Thanks for making the Pavilion dream a reality!
The Estherville Little League Association would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who donated or has helped sponsor the construction of the Little League Pavilion building and new dugouts at Thoreson. We would like to say a special thank you to Jon Semrad for donating his labor for all the cement work, Brad & Jill White for donating beef for our concession stand, Larry Nath for doing all the prep work for the dugouts, Randy Cody for coming to the games two nights a week to grill, Dean Christensen for leveling and packing all of the fields and to Brent Baddeley for donating the chemicals needed for the field. Without our community’s generous spirit, none of this could have been done.
We would also like to take this opportunity to inform the public of a softball/baseball equipment swap that will take place on Monday, April 21, from 5:30 7 p.m. at the Pavilion. We are inviting any coaches, players or parents to stop out and pick up any items your team or child may need. There are bats, helmets, gloves, cleats and many other items available. If you have any equipment you would like to donate, please feel free to drop it off at the Estherville Parks & Rec office before the 21st.
Again we would like to say thank you to our great community for helping us realize this dream for the kids.
