Midgets use balanced attack

The Estherville Lincoln Central freshman boys basketball team defeated Cherokee 50-21 on Saturday.

Aaron Lindell led ELC with 11 points, Nathan Jensen scored 10, Marcus Christensen had nine and Brennan Nyren had eight.



Haugen scores 26 against Braves



The Estherville Lincoln Central freshman girls basketball team defeated Cherokee 42-31 on Saturday.

ELC was led by Maggie Haugen with 26 points while Liz Humble scored six points.
