ESTHERVILLE — The Estherville Lincoln Central eighth-grade boys basketball teams dropped a pair of games to Spirit Lake on Monday.

In the A game, ELC lost 51-17. For the Midgets, Joe Brashear had five points and Gable Bonner had six rebounds and two assists.

In the B game, ELC lost 40-37. Ivan Esteves led ELC with 12 points and eight rebounds. Joe Brashear had 12 rebounds and Alec Olberding had five assists.

ELC hosts Spencer on Thursday.
