Bulldogs bite too much for Mustangs

LAKE MILLS — Armstrong-Ringsted ended the regular season against a tough opponent taking on Lake Mills on Friday.

The Bulldogs led from start to finish with a 17-10 lead after one quarter, 39-18 at halftime and 59-24 after three quarters on the way to a 73-39 victory.

“They have one guard, that is really good, but they also had great ball movement,” said A-R coach George Walker.

A-R was led by Craig Tigges with 11 points while Tyler Tonderum had eight.

Logan Anderson, Elliot Kinnander and Brett Tigges each had six points.

The Mustangs will host Twin River Valley in the Class 1A district game on Wednesday.
