TERRIL — Two and a half innings was all Graettinger/Terril needed against Ruthven-Ayrshire in a 20-0 victory over the Raiders on Monday.

The Knights scored 13 runs in the first and seven in the second to keep the game short.

At the plate, the Knights had only six hits, but drew 10 walks against R-A’s pitching.

Theresa Petersen was 2-3 with an RBI, Lindsay Flaharty was 1-1 with two RBIs and two walks, Leah Flaharty was 1-3 with two RBIS. Dakota Hovinga and Amanda Oleson each had one hit.

G/T improved to 3-0 in the Cornbelt conference as Malorie Girres picked up the win on the mound. In three innings of work, she struck out three batters, walked none and gave up just one hit.

G/T (3-4, 3-0) hosts Okoboji in a non-conference game today.
