Remsen-Union 29, Graettinger/Terril 22

REMSEN – Remsen-Union came up with the game-winning score and turnover in the fourth quarter to defeat Graettinger/Terril 29-22 in the 8-Man Substate game in Remsen on Wednesday.

The Knights led 14-12 in the first quarter when the host Rockets hit a field goal before halftime to take a 15-14 lead.

Graettinger/Terril scored on its opening drive of the second quarter and added a two-point conversion on a pass from Cody Dyhrkopp to Kass Schany to lead 22-15.

The Rockets answered and then scored late in the game.

The Knights were driving in the final minutes, but a turnover ended their chances.
