EVERLY – Despite a slow start Tuesday that saw Clay-Central Everly take a one game advantage to open play, the Graettinger/Terril Knight volleyball team stormed back, winning three straight by scores of 25-11, 25-20 and 25-14.

Following their opening 17-25 defeat, the Knights established themselves offensively by taking full advantage of their opportunities and putting themselves in great position to score points.

Tasha Neilson and Dakota Hovinga both had their best kill totals of the season with 13 a piece.

Neilson also led the team with two blocks and Hovinga led the way with 25 digs.

Setter Lindsay Flaharty totaled 26 assists for the Knights.

The Knights return to action Thursday when they face Harris-Lake Park at home.
