Cornbelt Conference Elite

With Armstrong-Ringsted and Graettinger-Terril both finishing in the top half of the Cornbelt Conference standings, both teams were sure to receive postseason awards.
Breaking into the first team all-conference squad for the Mustangs, who finished 8-2 in league play, were seniors Spencer Clausen and Travis Hantelman.
Clausen finished the season with a 16 point average in league play while shooting 34 percent (18-for-53) from three-point range and 79 percent (34-for-43) from the free throw line. He also averaged nearly eight rebounds per contest, 1.6 steals and 2.2 steals.
Although injured part of the season, Hantelman averaged 17.2 points per game in conference play while shooting 51.4 percent (38-for-74) from the field.
Graettinger-Terril finished 5-5 in league play. Beau Craig was the lone first team selection for the Knights. The senior averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds per game in conference play, along with 1.7 steals and 1.3 assists.

Spencer Clausen was one of two Mustangs to earn first team all-conference honors in the Cornbelt.
Making the second team for the Mustangs was junior Brett Thackery who averaged 3.8 points per game, but also had a team-high 2.1 assists along with 1.8 steals per contest.
For the Knights, junior Mitch Girres made the second team. He averaged 8.7 points in league play and shot 32 percent (23-for-71) from three-point range. He also had 4.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per contest.
Earning honorable mention for the Knights was junior Colin Leiting. He averaged 8.6 points in league play while shooting 51 percent (53-for-104) from the field.
