The next big thing who knew it would be disc golf?

Some Iowa Lakes Community College students have been showing quite a bit of interest in “frolf,” as they call it.

The students often go to Joe Hoye Park, where Eagle Scout Dan Olsen and Troop 268 made the disc golf course with the help of many local sponsors.

The course consists of nine holes with a variety of terrain, it is great for beginners, and is filled with great scenery being located right on the river.

If you’ve got 20 bucks for a disk and some free time, there is no excuse not to go,” said Iowa Lakes student Garrett Felling.
