Times keep dropping for ELC
ARMSTRONG – The Estherville Lincoln Central girls had their highest point total of the season, scoring 86 points to place fourth at the Jim Godfredsen/Tom Elliott Relays in Armstrong on Monday.
“Our times are improving and our splits and relays are doing better,” said ELC coach Tina Burton. “Discussions tonight were centered on times improving-now the focus shifts to how to fine tune hand offs and how to make relays smoother. The ladies were definitely happy to see that they are improving.”
ELC was paced by second-places finishes by Hannah Olson in the 400-meter dash, Morgan White in the long jump and the 4×200-meter relay team of Natalie Lausen, Riley Christoffer, White and Bailey Spiegeler.
