A Memorial Service for Daniel Ray Dugan of Estherville, will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 16, 2026, at the Henry-Olson Funeral Home in Estherville with Deacon John Rudd officiating. It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dan Dugan. Dan cast his final line on January 8, 2026. Daniel Ray Dugan, the son of Ray and LaVere (Stevenson) Dugan, was born on January 28, 1949 in Cherokee, Iowa.
