The Estherville Annual Appreciation Night is approaching fast.
Sponsored by the Estherville Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, the event shows appreciation to area first responders including the Estherville police, fire, and ambulance departments, Emmet County Sheriff’s Department, Iowa State Patrol and other law enforcement and emergency personnel for the outstanding service they provide throughout the year.
This year, the dinner will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 28 at the Estherville Golf Course. Social starts at 5 p.m.
Business owners are encouraged to purchase tickets for themselves, employees, or family members. They also are encouraged to pay for one or more tickets for distribution to law enforcement and emergency personnel. (They eat for free.) If you are unable to attend, but still want to purchase a ticket, or tickets for the honored guests, this will be very much appreciated.
You can telephone the Chamber of Commerce at 712-362-3541 to order tickets. Tickets ordered by mail or phone can be picked up at the chamber office at 620 st Avenue South, or when you arrive at the Estherville Golf Course on Sept. 28. Law enforcement and emergency personnel tickets are distributed well in advance of the event.
“Please plan on joining us for an evening of good food and fellowship as we say thank you to the many dedicated people who provide us with law enforcement and emergency services throughout the year,” said Estherville Chamber Director Lexie Ruter.
