Radtke bringing up third generation of volunteers

Kirk Radtke was just a kid when his dad, Bruce, took the helm of Good Samaritan Society in 1984, but the values instilled through volunteering then has brought him to the point of telling his children, “it’s good to share your time and talent with others.”
