Funeral services for Richard A. Haisman, 83, of Ruthven, formerly of Terril, were held at 1:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023, at the Henry-Olson Funeral Chapel in Estherville. Interment was at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Estherville. Visitation was held Sunday before the service. Richard died Aug. 29, 2023, at the Ruthven Community Care Center in Ruthven.
